Stacy Jordan, RDH

Stacy grew up in Siloam Springs and moved to Memphis, Tennessee to complete Dental Hygiene school. Stacy has been with Ford Dental Care for three years now. She recently moved back to Siloam with her husband Jeff and they are avid Razorback fans. When not working, Stacy enjoys spending time with her son and renovating her new home.

Shani Ford, RDA

Shani Ford is a registered dental assistant and has been with Dr. Ford from the beginning. She works in the back as an assistant and also in the front of the office. She enjoys watching her boys on the football field on Friday nights and loves to spend time at the beach with a good book. She is involved with anything her boys are doing and loves being a mom!

Harlie Lawrence, RDA

Harlie was born in  Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to Arkansas in 2011 with her husband.  They have been married for  three years and have a beautiful cat.  Harlie graduated from the Northwest Arkansas Communtity College.  She earned a degree in  dental assisting and joined Ford Dental Care in 2013, where she assists Dr. Ford daily chairside. She loves anything outdoors and spending time with her husband.

Erika Almaraz, RDA

Erika was born in Fort Smith Arkansas, then moved to Siloam Springs Arkansas.  She graduated high school from Ozark Adventist Academy.  Then she attended Petra Allied Health where she achieved a certificate in Dental Assisting.  She has been assisting for two and a half years and has joined the Ford Dental Care team.  Erika is a devoted wife and mother and enjoys spending time in the gym and playing sports.

LaDonna Swake

LaDonna was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and was raised in Westville, Oklahoma.  She graduated from Westville High School in 2008 and from Bryan College with a medical assisting degree in 2011.  She has been married to her husband Blue for three years.  She also has two handsome little boys, Elijah and Isaac.  She has been working in the dental field for about two and a half years now and loves it! She enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading a good book or watching television.  She also loves to work out.

Anna Niece

Anna was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and moved to Lincoln, Arkansas in 2000.  She graduated from Lincoln High School in 2010 and is currently taking classes at NWACC to further her education.  She has been working in the dental field for about three years now and loves it! She has a Pomeranian named Palmer who is pretty much her baby.  She loves the outdoors and loves going to the gym.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to church, or just relaxing at home.
